We followed where the He led.
We are Drew, Janna, Kaiden, Kirsi, Kaia, Kelty and Kerani Harding. In 2012 the Lord opened the door and then walked each step of the way with us as we moved to South Africa. What does it mean to be a missionary family living overseas? Bottom line, it means using our gifts and abilities to help spread Christ’s message on the continent of Africa.
Having grown up in Ethiopia in a missionary family, studied at Wheaton College, and learned skills in the business world, Drew is uniquely qualified to advise, support and manage non-profits, churches, and indigenous organizations to help meet their goals within the African culture. Orphan care, clean water, microfinance, education and other humanitarian mission projects are Senai’s focus. Trust and integrity as well as time-tested relationships are the keys to effectively bringing change that points others to the Lord and glorifies Him.
At home, Janna and the five girls are “in the world but not of it” (John 17:13-19), as they participate in the culture by going to a local school and getting involved in the community. We want to be lights, as the Lord allows us to shine in our new homeland.
